to me i’d get temporary motivation for one or two days get to day three and then get a big urge before bed and I’d give into it of course like we all do eventually and I’d end up not jacking off once but like three times that exact same day all right because you know I’m making up for the past two days of not watching porn or I’m on day zero of nofap the streak’s already [ __ ] so I might as well so my addiction just gets worse and worse and worse on this thing that is supposed to help me nofap this thing that is pushed by everyone trying to quit porn but it don’t work that’s the first thing you need to know nofap doesn’t work it’s complete [ __ ] it’s the most uneffective way to quit porn or any addiction right and I realized this early on which helped me make my own system that I’m going to teach to you but why does nofap not work at all right nofap doesn’t work because when you’re addicted to porn you’re watching it every single day that’s one end of the extreme nofap tells you to never watch it again zero sounds great on paper but that is another end of the extreme you can’t go from one extreme to the other just like that doesn’t work like that okay the fat guy who eats all day for the past 10 years one day he can’t just say « Right I’m just going to eat three salads a day for the rest of my life just one day just decide to do that. » Cuz you can’t go from one extreme to the other it’s too much for our minds to comprehend same with you addicted to porn for years most likely you’re relying on it you find it kind of fun and it is just an addiction to tell yourself to never watch it again your brain’s going to be like « What where’s it gone? » It’s going to start panicking and constantly thinking about porn so it’s going to make it literally impossible to quit right you understand how you can’t go from one extreme to the other it just doesn’t work like that the reason nofap is so popular is because these guys can make these videos on the nofap benefits quitting porn in two weeks well guess what you can’t quit porn in two weeks when you’ve had an addiction for years and years and years okay so nofap does not work you can’t go from jacking off every possible. » You know zero is less than 20 don’t work like that we just said you can’t go to zero okay you can’t quit porn two weeks so get that out of your mind you’re motivated now to do it but it it’s just not going to happen so if you watched porn 20 times last month I want you to watch it 18 times this month or even 19 cuz 19 is less than 20 that’s a simple brain deadad method and rule you need to follow and you will quit porn it’s as simple as that as long as the number this month is less than last month you are making progress and you still get to watch porn so your brain is not going to be depressed getting the best of literally both worlds this is why it’s so easy to quit porn this is why not 90% not 80% but 100% of my customers that have used this strategy and system have quit every single one of them i’m not bullshitting you with some other random weird method it’s literally the one I use to quit at 19 okay i use it to quit point at 19 easily so much easier than nofap easier than any other [ __ ] method you’d you’ve heard online this way you get to watch porn so your brain is not going to be depressed and you’re still making progress because you’re cutting it down overcome an addiction an urge a desire to do something is by changing your environment so think about the same place you end up jacking off every single day the same place you get an urge okay whether it’s for me it was in my bed at nighttime i have to watch porn before bed so the stupid thing for me to do was stay in that environment listen to the [ __ ] advice online and be like you know breathe take a deep breath and the urge will disappear none of that [ __ ] worked the worst thing you can do is stay in that same environment so what did I do i got up out of bed at nighttime i went downstairs and I went in the garden i looked at the sky i don’t know what I did but got away from that environment not all night long 5 10 minutes I came back and the urge was maybe wasn’t completely gone but it had drastically reduced how strong it was and I was able to go to bed without watching porn that night i did not relapse that day i did not reset my nofap streak simply because I changed my environment for 5 or 10 minutes your brain will come up with excuses like oh I can’t go to I can’t go out at that time it’s cold it’s dark if you want to relapse that day fine be a [ __ ] and stay in bed if you want to make a change move out your your room or wherever you it is you are that you end up jacking off go and talk to your mother make some food go for a walk do whatever but the greatest thing you can do is remove yourself from that environment in the Vietnam War when the American soldiers went they’re all put on heroin because the conditions were so bad and before they came back from after the war ended the government expected them all to be addicted to heroin so they set up a bunch of rehab centers and when they came back the soldiers none of the rehab centers were used none of the soldiers were addicted to heroin because they simply changed their environment from the war back to their home with their family so they didn’t need the heroin all this to say changing another thing don’t purposefully give yourself urges i used to do the same thing and it’s [ __ ] i would fully scroll on my phone on Instagram and Tik Tok knowing what I was looking for i was looking for girls i’d cope in my mind and say « Oh you know I’m just I’m just looking at some fitness stuff. » I was not i knew what I was looking for and I was just waiting for it to appear that was literally me giving myself an urge even though I was trying to quit porn I was giving myself an urge it was stupid so the simple advice of this is don’t be stupid don’t go on them apps like there’s no other way to go go about it just delete the apps create some resistance and friction from going on them apps just don’t do it because you are going to end up relapsing you know exactly what you’re
