It’s double-sided always. What can build you can destroy you always. Water can give you you need water to live, but water will kill you. You know, you can you you can use a knife to to eat and, you know, survive and and hunt and and get an animal to survive when you can use a knife and kill yourself. So everything in this life is doublesided. It’s how use it. So once I turned it on fitness, I started using it to build my mind. I I don’t do reps to grow muscle. I do reps to build my mind. It’s different, you know? I build the body and this strengthens my mind. So I dominate my body. The body is the first thing you need to dominate. The body is the easiest one to dominate as we all see. We can see the bicep. We can see the body. We can see the abs. We can see the veins. We can know when someone dominates the body. The first dimension is pretty easy. Everyone can see someone’s fat, someone’s in shape. Even with a shirt, you know, but now you cannot really see who dominates their mind. Okay? You cannot see it straight away but you could see it by watching the habits of the person. You can see they dominate their mind. The person wakes up early, doesn’t have vices, doesn’t miss and you know builds something great. Okay, they dominate their mind. If you don’t have a relationship with God, you are blind. Why you’re blind? Because you’re sinning. And so you’re sinning, God will harden your heart. So this is the process guys that I follow to master myself, you know, be a master at living, be a master of my body, be a master of my mind, be a master of my spirit, understanding how I can talk with the Holy Spirit that is actually going to reveal me and reveals me everything that Jesus knows that is actually going to get me closer to God.
