Like I said, it’s it is a hard journey to be on when you’re trying to just use that power to better your life and to not succumb, to not give in to that innate desire to always want to release. And yes, there’s PMO addiction, which alters the mind and brain chemistry and all that stuff. And that’s that’s an addiction. But taking it a step further like I did to not release, to not consciously release cuz I I had a few wet dreams this streak um 11 I think. And it’s over. The journey’s over. And do I feel any different? Yeah. I just it it reinforces the idea that I didn’t get any from get anything from it. Like I I released last night, hooked up today cuz the chaser effect. It’s like there’s there’s no pleasure from it. There’s no enjoyment from it. Do I regret it? Eh, it was a journey. I’m grateful for the journey. I’m grateful I went this far. Not many people can go this far. And for everyone saying like the 75 hard challenge, which I do want to document, but I just haven’t had the motivation to just get on and talk about it. And I have gone 30 days before, just like I’ve gone 256 days of a run streak before. Like I’ve done this before, so I know it can be done. I’m just like sometimes we have ruts and funks and like cycles of it being hard to um whether it’s no fab streaks or whether it’s other habit streaks. We all have different cycles. So, I do feel like I’m getting out of the rut cycle of just trying to be consistent with stuff. But hey, this journey has taught me a lot. I’m just I’m I’m really grateful for it and um thank you for following along. Like this might be the last nofap video. It will always be an important tool. Like I know semen retention is my path. Um but documenting it on YouTube that’s hard. like 300 over 365 day over a year of documenting it and there’s been ups there’s been downs there’s been urges and I’ve given it I mean I’ve overcome a lot of those urges and I’ve gained so much just internal power from it and so I just want to thank you all you know who you are and the haters the negative people nobody like I’m in like the top 1% of male men that can not give in to those urges, right? And that feels good. And I’m going to also be in the top percent of people just always working on this mind and not giving into pleasures. And today was it’s like you can lose a few days but as long as you keep going and the losses or the giving into the urges are less than like the overall picture of how many days you give in and that then you’re doing well. Like one one one bad day isn’t going to determine your whole life. So, it’s like, hey, okay, I’ve relapsed. Now, what am now what am I going to do? Am I going to am I going to let the the binge cycle, the chaser effect get to me and relapse more? Nah. But I’m just grateful for it. I’m grateful for this practice. I’m grateful to have learned about it. I’m grateful for all the relapses to have gotten me to 3 94 days. Close. I was close to the 400 day mark. But like I said, it’s just a number. It helped document it every day. Helped hold me accountable just like I feel like documenting the other journey will hold me accountable. Um so people can say whatever. I’m grateful for this journey. I I thought I could finally um overcome it for good and like never go back. But hey, I’m not perfect. I never said I was perfect. I never preached that I was perfect. But I’ve learned a lot on this journey. I’ve learned that there is power to it. And with it comes like you need less sleep, just confident around people. like you’re just more of yourself. You’re not in your head. You’re more present. All those just all those benefits that you hear about, they’re true.
