mystical in the sense that people can sniff your aura as the I don’t know younger guys would say it see this is a game I used to play called League of Legends and there’s a character he’s a werewolf he can kind of smell blood scents from people no you know girls aren’t some [ __ ] werewolf they’re not going to smell retention from you understand it’s all how you perceive the world when you stop boat and let me tell you now the fetishes you have it will get worse if you keep consuming cornography the more you consume it the more erotic it has to be and you basically get numb to everything going back to the idea of your reticular activating system you you’re just going to become numb to everything you’re going to need a lot more stimulus to function understand bro it’s okay if you have even though I wrote all of these things I didn’t have any to do any of it just look at my face right do you think that’s an energetic face but when I decided enough is enough I’ll get blue balls for as long as it takes but I will never watch another video from The Hub these are some of the things that has happened in just the past year right whether there it’s girls complimenting me girls accepting date invitation or experiences with girls I can tell you now if I didn’t stop playing with myself none of this would have happened understand there is a light at the end of the tunnel understand that no Fab as much as I like to say oh yeah just work on your goals you know uh screw dating don’t even focus on woman dating is half your life life can be split into 50/50 right 50% is death set on Survival the other 50% is death set on reproduction all right it’s primed in us to become good or find a good mate and then the spiritual the purpose stuff it comes along too but this is after you fulfill everything else okay now that that we got that out of the side let me teach you how to actually quit though understand your fapping habits or your cornography habits or whatever bad but then afterwards what do you feel you feel shitty you have low energy and you’re just going to have brain fog until maybe you fap again but then the second time you fap you’re not going to feel as good like the post Clarity probably lasts like 2 minutes now just because tolerance there’s this graph that I’m going to show you later which I’m going to talk about tolerance next up I want to talk about a study done in 1974 by this person named Dr Lee Robbins her study shows that addiction can easily be overcome if you change the environment now what is her study well she studied how veterans in the Vietnam War right as many as 20% of the soldiers had used heroin while deployed now in case you don’t know what heroin is basically it’s a very addictive substance where you take it it’s life-changing right you’re going to feel so good that once you get off that high you’re going to want to do it again and again and again to feel that high right this is addiction that’s what I want to point out of the 20% that got hooked on you know this drug 95% of the people were able to give up the drug once they got back to the US now what does this imply well it implies that addictions was not purely biological or psychological but also deeply influenced by social and environmental factor and comparison to this study if you look at the National Institute of drug abuse their statistics states that around 70 to 90% of people who go through rehab they relapse at least once within the first few year of treatment basically bro in the case of the soldiers right they got hooked on the bad habits when they were in Vietnam but when they got back to the US there’s environmental trigger for them to partake in the bad habits whereas for the people who go through rehab in the US and once they finish rehab basically they’re in like a ward right and they get released back to society they’re going back to the same environment that well got them addicted in the first place of course they’re going to go back to their old habits I write down here Old environment equals old response equals same result right new environment equals new response equals different results what does that mean when you feel the urge to touch yourself or whatever bad habits you have this could be junk food this could be I’d say binges on social media or entertainment become very aware of it write it out what are you feeling what are you trying to run away from and then replace the activity remove yourself from the environment for me this meant whenever I felt the urge I had to leave my room go to the gym all right work out and then after the workout I would perform some sort of either cold or heat therapy if it’s cold therapy I’d go take a cold shower or do a cold plunge and then if it’s heat therapy I go in the steam room or the sauna and just sit there and then if it’s just a resting day I’d go for a walk either way all of these things get me to feel good naturally but to sum it all up whenever you feel the urge to partake in a bad habit remove yourself from your old environment if you stay in the same environment that you have been for your entire life and you expect your Habit to change naturally I’m sorry bro you’re fighting an uphill battle it’s like people who want to go on a diet but they allow themselves to buy junk food sure you can say no to the junk food for the first few day but if you know it’s in your house of course it’s going to find its way into your mouth one day or another right it’s inevitable so change your environment is what I’m trying to say now let’s go over the takeaway number one when you go on NOA bro you start becoming very aggressive uh this is in a good way of course you’re not going around Road ring or whatever okay understand that when you have blue balls meaning you have no actions with chicks plus you’ve committed yourself to never touching yourself again you’re going to ask yourself man this sucks a lot I can’t touch myself anymore I a job if you don’t have anything better to do like especially I was a College Dropout so I was not in school so I got myself back out to well work next up is work on your mindset and social skill very important bro if you don’t work on these things even if you have money and a good body well you’re not going to know how to interact with people and of course with that you’re going to have to develop a sense of humor be able to make jokes and laugh at you everything essentially because I’m going tell you now the world is not a very funny place but if you can joke joke around have some fun it’s going to be a lot better okay and when you get all of that together I suggest you go out and seek interaction with girls I’m not trying to ask you to be like those I don’t know self-improvement gurus where all you do is grind and hustle and don’t take care of that portion of your life which is just dating understand bro dating especially when you go through heartbreak it’s going to motivate you to change like nothing else so that’s why I say after working all these things get yourself out there get some experience with chicks and see that hey you deserve love hey you’re him now okay so stop talking to yourself as if you’re a worthless piece of I won’t say it number two you actually have energy again if you’ve been in a period in which you consume a lot of entertainment or stimulate withdrawal meaning your body is recovering and healing right this means you’re very irritated anxious and so on but over time if you give your body enough rest and you just take care of yourself again you don’t do the habits that made you that way in the first place which in this case is just consuming cornography and that process is a matter of time between between committing to stop doing what’s hurting you and letting your body do its thing it will get worse before it get better if you’re anything like me you’re going to get to a point when you don’t feel good at all even after you fap
