Uh, so this is going to be about the 10 biggest mistakes that people make on sem retention. Uh, I already tried this once. I already tried to make a video. I uploaded it and I realized my audio was hijacked. It’s happened a couple times whenever I feel like I make a good video. And it was I think it was going to be a good one to really help you guys out. I’ll try to uh match it up as closest as close as I can because I had some stories that I think helped you guys but um would would have helped you guys but it’s no big deal. This is uh attempt number two. Attempt number two. All right, so I’m going to get right back into it. Um number one is white knuckling it without purpose, guys. Um this is where like you just try to hold it in. And I know a lot of people have issues with this. Um you have to have purpose. You have to find purpose. Um, I I’ve talked a lot about most of this stuff on my videos in the past, but this is where it’s all going to be condensed into one. You know, that’ll help you guys out. You got to have purpose, man, on seam retention. Seamer retention alone, seam retention alone in and of itself, um, you know, it can it can help you it can begin to help you feel like you’re you’re gaining some sort of purpose in life. Um, but there’s got to be a a purpose within that purpose, if you know what I mean. Um, if you don’t have a goal of like what what am I looking to accomplish while I’m on seamer retention? Why why am I on seamer retention? Ask these questions to yourself in order to help you find some sort of purpose in your life with what seamer retention, you know, seamer retention can help offer you. It can it can it can help give you a driving force. You know what I mean? in in in really any different way in any way. Um you you hear a lot of people talk about how they draw closer to the Lord while they’re on sem retention. You hear a lot of people talking about um if they’re really into their physical body uh gaining muscle, you know, it helps them with that. All sorts of stuff, guys. Um I’m not going to go on that list. But number two, so number one, you got to have purpose. Number two, um is where people avoid. They just avoid the urge. They avoid the realization that energy is being gained. And if you avoid it, this energy will this energy will be known. It will make itself known, guys. 100%. There’s no denial. Um, you cannot deny. You cannot deny this. You cannot avoid it. You cannot suppress it because if you do, it will lead to a release, a relapse. And if you if you hold on, if you just happen to hold on long term, you’re going to be living life full of frustration um and all sorts of stuff thinking that you’re you’re giving it an outlet when you go work out. I’ve had this happen in my life, guys, and people think it’s uh they misinterpret it, right? Like they’re they’re releasing their rage and their frustration and aggression into working out. Now, of course, this will help you get bigger muscles, but when you get on the other side of things with what seam retention can offer, you realize it’s not just some physical thing. You realize that it can help change you as a person. You know, this is basically essentially chi. You know, chi is energy, prana, all that stuff that the ancients and the older cultures called this that sem retention basically the semen itself has that in it, right? Right? It’s the very substance that is intertwined within it. It’s not just some physical um vessel and then this vessel somehow some way when uh mixed or not mixed but you know when it when when the egg receives it from you know the female when the when the procreation happens trying to keep it PG you know um then then there’s another soul born right so this is why when you make the simple connection like bro it’s it’s connected with the soul itself when you when you deplete yourself you you know, you’re causing death in your body and you’re like wearing down your soul. And it it it says in the Bible, it wages war against your soul. Not this sin or that sin or stealing cookies from your grandma’s cookie jar. It’s sexual immorality that wages war against your soul. It says it very plainly. So this is why there’s that realization of connection, you know. Um so kind of went off on a path here, but going back on to avoidance, you can’t suppress it, avoid it, or else it’s going to lead to a relapse. Um, number three is not managing your urges. Now, when I say like manage, I don’t mean I don’t even like that word, man. Because managing means like you’re not getting to the root source. Managing your symptoms, managing your pain. No, screw that. Let’s get rid of the pain. You know what I mean? Let’s get rid of the root source that’s causing symptoms. You know, um, now here’s the thing is sexual energy. You’re always going to have that as a man. Don’t look at it as your enemy. You know, it is not your enemy. Um, urges will come, urges will go. Uh, this is part of your drive to in the very raw form is to simply go procreate and to to create another human being in its most basic raw form. um that urge, that drive to sexually release, literally to sexually release your seed, to go create. Now, that doesn’t mean we have to follow through with that programming, right? Like most people are kind of duped into thinking that has to happen. It’s part of humanity. Um and that’s just simply not true, guys. Uh this is why this is why people who overcome this stuff can really truly be on seam retention long term and start that recycling internal recycling process of of not only the physical sea but also gaining uhqi you know um so we’re not managing the urges we’re literally transmuting it in the proper way you know breathing exercises um redirecting our focus you know because you can you can consciously focus on your lower energy center down there. The more you focus on that down there in your in your in your eye of perception, the more it’s going to be like focusing on you, you know? So, people misinterpret like transmutation, working out is literally a distraction, believe it or not. Um, cold showers is a distraction. It has benefits. It can temporarily temporarily distract you or or temporarily uh cool down the urges, but it’ll come back. It’ll always come back, right? Um this will eventually lead to a relapse if you if you put your urges into an outlet like that and you realize that you get more frustrated, more frustrated, more tense, your your workouts become more freaking like raging. You know what I mean? Trust me. Like you might think this is manly and good, but it’s not, guys. Because there might be one day when you’re on certain amount of seamer retention and you just like you go ape, you know, you go ape crazy because of all that pent up rage, frustration, and stress that you’re that you’re suppressing actually and you’re keeping it down, keeping it in, and then you’re releasing it in little micro amounts thinking that you’re doing it all through working out and stuff. That’s not the answer. That’s not the cure. It’s got to be uh transmuted from within in peace and in silence and stillness. You know what I mean? This is where you get to the root of things. Um in my other video, I’m just being reminded what I talked about going off on this topic is talking about the chi, how you can act actually have blockages, physical physical blockages. Um they’re basically it’s basically a crystallization a condensed form of crystallization with like different you know calcium deposits and a and a form of matrix type of substance um that runs that that that can run because we have the meridians right this is where the energy flows. So, if there’s actual blockages, this is proven in science. There’s literal blockages, physical blockages that um acupuncture can actually help release. But there’s a process. There’s a whole process. It’s not just acupuncture because you think about a dam, right? If it has a bunch of garbage, you know, a bunch of uh crap and debris, it might the the river might be damned, right? Blocked. But when you release it, you think you’re helping. Well, what you’re doing is just pushing all that crap, all that garbage that blocked the flow in the first place sooner or later to another place. You know what I’m saying? So, you have to literally disintegrate it, disintegrate it, not just through something some physical. It’s actually a process of of internal meditation and transmutation. Um, because it is, like I said, it is intertwined with the soul. It’s not something that you just fix and cure with the physical alone. And most certainly not just by like I’m not going to relapse anymore of my seeds inside of me. I’m not releasing everything’s going to be great and fine and dandy. This is what I’m realizing guys. This is what I’m practicing more. It’s more of a uh it’s more of an endeavor from within. Um so let’s keep that in mind about managing urges. The next one is um replacing uh replacing like that urge. Okay. So it’s like you got that seed, you’re keeping the seed in. you think you’re doing all fine and dandy and look this is good right we’re taking steps forward I’m not saying this is bad but one one a way where you where it can become a negative is where you’re you’re releasing or not releasing but you’re you’re retaining but yet you’re watching and stimulating your mind with corn or watching some sort of thing that you convinced is okay like that’s you know hey we can’t be watching that stuff right girls and and you know like it might not be porn. It might be like hente or whatever that a lot of people seem to be into, you know. Um, this only arouses that that chi to literally be ready to go, if you know what I mean. And it’s it’s not going to want to circulate around your body. It’s not going to even try to break free those dams in your meridians in the on the energy body, you know? So you’re what you’re doing is keeping everything not only stagnant, but it’s it’s um it’s just it’s you’ve you’re training yourself to always be stimulated in the lower area, to always be ready to release, you know. Um this is what happens when you stimulate your mind with uh with corn and crap like that that you shouldn’t be looking at. And then when you stop looking at that, you realize you get sexual images. You get um you get sexual dreams. And you know this is why we need to attack it from its source from within you know and uh we need God in this in this uh endeavor. We need God you know to help us overcome to empower us to help us to really transmute this process of um you know us training ourselves to fap since we were probably little kids whether on a frequency of once a week or every day. you know, um this is this is that that process of transmutation and it most likely most of the time is a lifelong process, you know. Um, so if you avoid that, you know, if you avoid the physical release, but still stimulate your mind, you’re going to be you’re going to be catching yourself up in the daytime when you’re not doing that on the computer with physical with like fantasies and you’re going to find yourself lusting in your heart after women and stuff like that during the day and you’re going to be turning your head, you know, always looking at these girls all the time because that’s where your heart is filled up with, you know, and you think you’re still successful because you’re retaining your seed. You can’t you can’t do that. You know what I’m saying? At the same time, um, it’ll keep your mind trapped. It’ll keep your mind trapped and it’ll you’ll your soul will continue to be waging war. It’ll it’ll be waging a war against your soul rather this this lust. Um, so you have to have the next one is you have to have lifestyle support. You have to have a lifestyle support, guys. Um, you have to have other people who are on the same path support you, encourage you, lift you up, motivate you. So whether that that’s through YouTube videos or other people that you talk to at your workplace, family members, somebody who’s on the same path as you, iron sharpens iron. You know what I mean? We need this. You cannot do this alone. I had a guy in the comment section tell me that the other day. I think it was last week. He said, « You can’t do this alone. » I’m not afraid to say it. And that’s true because you can’t do it. You can’t do things alone in life, guys. A lot of people want to feel like they are the self-made people, right? This is a pride thing. This is this is so simple to see. When you see people like this and you’re you’re not of the world, you see people like this. I’m self-made. I did this. I did this myself. I didn’t need anybody. That’s pure pride, bro. And the truth is they they didn’t do it alone. They had people somehow someway there was there was assistance in their life, you know. Um so lifestyle support. Uh another problem, another mistake people make is expecting super superpowers. Um now I’m not saying a lot of this stuff doesn’t exist. you know, you just scroll across Reddit and you’ll find, you know, some su uh success stories about people on long-term SR and what they’ve experienced. You know, I’ve talked about this, I think, on my video. Maybe maybe I maybe I did, maybe I didn’t um on my last oneear streak, one-year journey. Um when it’s that long, it’s not a streak, you know, it’s just you happen to do it that long without relapsing and stuff like that. But there was a lot of stuff I realized and you know to be honest it you definitely get into that re you know mentality where it’s like man you feel super human for real cuz you see the other side of yourself. You seen the it was you it is you you know what I’m saying? You’re on like a lower consciousness level level and then you get up to a higher consciousness level and then your body is aligning with that by getting stronger and more vital and it’s like yeah you feel great. You feel you really do guys but don’t expect this overnight. That’s the biggest mistake people make. Don’t expect this even in 90 days. But you will see you will see progress. I can promise you that if you if you understand everything correctly, even through slip ups, you will see progress in your life if you stick with this path and don’t give up, you know, and don’t get um discouraged, you know. Uh another huge mistake that many people make is isolating yourselves, especially after a relapse. You do not want to isolate yourself after a relapse. That’s the worst thing you can do because you’re training your you’re training your brain you’re training your mind to to do that to live in that guilt and shame. And like another thing that ties into the next one is um is like chasing the streaks. I think that’s actually my last one, but it ties into it perfectly because when you when you isolate it’s like you’re not going to feel better until you get on a certain day, right? Hey, I’m on a streak of seven days now. I’m feeling better, you know? And the truth is is like naturally you do start to feel better about yourself. It just is what it is. But if you if you chase that and live off that and and and um circle around that like your whole existence is created on I can do things now when I’m on this day this amount of you know seam retention whatever day that may be for you. This is why I say if you find yourself relapsing number one don’t chase streaks. But if you find yourself relapsing and you’re saying, « Well, I got to I got to feel better, so I need to be on day seven or 10 or 30 or 90 or whatever. I’ll go out of the house after 7 days or whatever. » You know what I mean? I’ll do this after this amount of time. It’s like, no, just realize that you’re perfectly still yourself. You’re just you’ve just temporarily lowered your your consciousness level, right? you you depending on how far you went, whether you looked at full-blown corn or just did like a, you know, release with, you know, maybe you didn’t even have any sexual thoughts. It was just a pure urge that you gave into or something. Uh either way, you need to realize that, you know, life doesn’t really change, especially when you’re living in in Christ, Christ in you. When you’re when you’re in the relationship with God, it’s like, you know, you’re forgiven. You talk it out. You have a processing period, but you carry on with your life, man. Um, this is the key, guys. So, don’t make the mistake by secluding yourself and isolating yourself because when you do, the enemy will attack you so hard. He will hit you with guilt and shame and hopefully you don’t suck yourself into that because when you suck yourself into guilt and shame, you will be living in despair and depression. So, be free. Do not tie yourself down. Do not enslave yourself with this, guys. Um, number eight is ignoring the emotional side of seam retention. People suppress, a lot of men suppress their emotions. You know, um, a lot of people are afraid to love, afraid to be empathetic, afraid to show compassion, thinking that they’re showing signs of weakness when they get on SR. They think they got to be hard. You know, it’s actually quite the opposite is when you realize that you are showing love more to yourself and others, being more compassionate to self and others, drawing closer to God, you realize that you are actually this is true strength and this is a sign of you being empowered um or you be becoming stronger. I’ll just put it like that. You becoming stronger. So, don’t get don’t make that mistake by thinking the harder you are, the the more alpha male you are, the more intimidating you seem, that’s actually leading down potentially a path of um big mistakes. Okay? So, recognize that on the journey. Um and then, yeah, this this like I said, I already talked about this chasing streaks. You don’t want to you don’t want to chase the streaks, guys. It’ll lead to a crazy roller coaster ride, man, that just will not end well. I’m just going to put it like that. Um the last one uh self-compassion. Have have compassion on yourself on this journey because you are going you are going to know yourself more. The more you know about yourself, the more you’re going to realize, man, I slip up. Man, I’m not a nice guy. Man, I get angry. And you start to analyze and criticize yourself. We trust me, we do this on seam retention. This is what happens. This is part of a process. I remember uh on one of my videos I I I gave an analogy of when you refine gold there’s always the dross that rises above on the top and then you you scoop it out. the blacksmiths who who do this, they scoop out the the the the impurities and they throw it away because when you want to refine gold from that, which you get in the mountain, you know, you’re not just going to I mean, sometimes it’s beautiful to look at in its raw authentic form. But, you know, if you want a nice solid gold bar, you’re going to have to do some refinement, some uh removal of impurities. So, excuse me. Hold on. I got to clear my throat, man. Um, so yeah, have compassion on yourself, guys. And um, love yourself. Don’t beat yourself up. A lot of people beat themselves up mainly after a relapse. Um, and that creates shame. It creates guilt and it it leads you into a downward spiral spiral, man, of depression and despair. So don’t do that. Just don’t let yourself go there. Realize that, you know, you’re going to need God on this path. You’re going to need God in this path because if you don’t, the devil’s going to beat you up, man. The enemy will beat you up. That which hates to see you strong will beat you up and tear you down and and keep you in guilt and shame. So, you need God. I’m going to I’m I’m not afraid to say this. If you really want to be successful on seam retention and just life in general, you need God, bro. Don’t be a rebel. Don’t be Don’t be rebellious to to pure love, you know? Um, and that’s all I really want to talk about, guys. Um, there’s there’s there there was so much more I wanted to talk about and go into subpaths that I did on my other video, but I’m going to have to make other I’m going to have to write write this down because there’s there’s some stuff I want to talk about that I’m not going to cover on this video because it’s already at 20 minutes. 800.56 journey. Um when it’s that long, it’s

832.639 do guys but don’t expect this overnight.
834.8 That’s the biggest mistake people make.
836.399 Don’t expect this even in 90 days. But

883.76 like you’re not going to feel better
884.8 until you get on a certain day, right?
887.68 Hey, I’m on a streak of seven days now.
889.6 I’m feeling better, you know? And the
892.24 truth is is like naturally you do start
893.839 to feel better about yourself. It just
895.279 is what it is. But if you if you chase
896.959 that and live off that and and and um
900.24 circle around that like your whole
902.24 existence is created on
905.12 I can do things now when I’m on this day

915.92 relapsing number one don’t chase
917.519 streaks. But if you find yourself
918.639 relapsing and you’re saying, « Well, I

922.8 to be on day seven or 10 or 30 or 90 or

926.959 I’ll go out of the house after 7 days or
929.12 whatever. » You know what I mean? I’ll do
930.399 this after this amount of time. It’s
932.079 like, no, just realize that you’re
934.24 perfectly still yourself. You’re just
935.92 you’ve just temporarily lowered your
938.48 your consciousness level, right? you you
940.48 depending on how far you went, whether
942.24 you looked at full-blown corn or just
943.76 did like a, you know, release with, you
946.48 know, maybe you didn’t even have any
947.76 sexual thoughts. It was just a pure urge
949.44 that you gave into or something. Uh
952.399 either way, you need to realize that,
954.88 you know, life doesn’t really change,
956.8 especially when you’re living in
960.0 in Christ, Christ in you. When you’re
961.68 when you’re in the relationship with
962.72 God, it’s like, you know, you’re
963.759 forgiven. You talk it out. You have a
965.199 processing period, but you carry on with
967.6 your life, man. Um, this is the key,
970.32 guys. So, don’t make the mistake by
972.32 secluding yourself and isolating
973.68 yourself because when you do, the enemy
975.92 will attack you so hard. He will hit you
978.32 with guilt and shame and hopefully you
981.6 don’t suck yourself into that because
983.759 when you suck yourself into guilt and
985.519 shame, you will be living in despair and
987.68 depression. So, be free. Do not tie
991.36 yourself down. Do not enslave yourself
993.04 with this, guys.

999.839 number eight is ignoring the emotional
1001.6 side of seam retention. People suppress,
1005.68 a lot of men suppress their emotions.
1007.279 You know, um, a lot of people are afraid
1009.36 to love, afraid to be empathetic, afraid
1011.519 to show compassion, thinking that
1012.88 they’re showing signs of weakness when
1014.24 they get on SR. They think they got to
1015.68 be hard. You know, it’s actually quite
1018.0 the opposite is when you realize that
1019.519 you are showing love more to yourself
1021.04 and others, being more compassionate to
1023.279 self and others,
1025.28 drawing closer to God, you realize that
1027.039 you are actually this is true strength
1028.88 and this is a sign of you being
1031.919 empowered
1033.6 um or you be becoming stronger. I’ll
1036.88 just put it like that. You becoming
1038.079 stronger.
1039.6 So, don’t get don’t make that mistake by
1041.28 thinking the harder you are, the the
1042.88 more alpha male you are, the more
1044.4 intimidating you seem, that’s actually
1047.199 leading down potentially a path of um
1050.24 big mistakes. Okay? So, recognize that
1054.08 on the journey. Um and then, yeah, this
1057.039 this like I said, I already talked about
1058.24 this chasing streaks. You don’t want to
1060.32 you don’t want to chase the streaks,
1061.76 guys. It’ll lead to a crazy roller
1064.24 coaster ride, man, that just will not
1065.679 end well. I’m just going to put it like
1066.96 that.
1068.4 Um the last one uh self-compassion. Have
1071.52 have compassion on yourself on this
1073.6 journey because you are going you are
1075.679 going to know yourself more. The more
1078.08 you know about yourself, the more you’re
1079.44 going to realize, man, I slip up. Man,
1081.28 I’m not a nice guy. Man, I get angry.
1082.96 And you start to analyze and criticize
1084.64 yourself. We trust me, we do this on
1086.48 seam retention. This is what happens.
1087.84 This is part of a process. I remember uh
1090.08 on one of my videos I I I gave an
1092.0 analogy of when you refine gold there’s
1094.48 always the dross that rises above on the
1097.12 top and then you you scoop it out. the
1099.039 blacksmiths who who do this, they scoop
1100.72 out the the the the impurities and they
1103.12 throw it away because when you want to
1104.96 refine gold from that, which you get in
1107.679 the mountain, you know, you’re not just
1108.799 going to
1110.88 I mean, sometimes it’s beautiful to look
1112.4 at in its raw authentic form. But, you
1114.799 know, if you want a nice solid gold bar,
1117.76 you’re going to have to do some
1118.64 refinement, some uh removal of
1121.2 impurities.
1123.28 So, excuse me. Hold on. I got to clear
1125.44 my throat, man. Um, so yeah, have
1128.08 compassion on yourself, guys. And um,
1130.24 love yourself.
1132.24 Don’t beat yourself up. A lot of people
1134.08 beat themselves up mainly after a
1136.72 relapse.
1138.32 Um, and that creates shame. It creates
1141.28 guilt and it it leads you into a
1144.559 downward spiral spiral, man, of
1146.559 depression and despair. So don’t do
1148.72 that. Just don’t let yourself go there.
1151.76 Realize that, you know, you’re going to
1153.52 need God on this path. You’re going to
1155.36 need God in this path because if you
1156.72 don’t, the devil’s going to beat you up,
1158.08 man. The enemy will beat you up. That
1160.88 which hates to see you strong
1164.48 will beat you up and tear you down and
1166.32 and keep you in guilt and shame. So, you
1169.919 need God. I’m going to I’m I’m not
1171.52 afraid to say this. If you really want
1173.2 to be successful on seam retention and
1174.96 just life in general, you need God, bro.
1177.28 Don’t be a rebel. Don’t be Don’t be
1178.96 rebellious to to pure love, you know?
