Another day. I’m sorry for not posting yesterday and the day before. No, I think I posted the day before. Um, yeah, we’re still going. Urges. So, because I didn’t post because of that lack of accountability, I got close to relapsing. I got close to searching that stuff, just, you know, relapsing. And there’s temptations everywhere. And this journey isn’t necessarily about getting rid of all the triggers. All the temptations. We’re always going to have temptations. There’s always going to be triggers. There’s always going to be something in a movie or something you see just like as an advertisement or like there. It’s like the the journey isn’t about getting rid of distractions. The journey, I think, is about getting to the point where you can see the trigger and not act on it. It’s it’s like say say you’re trying to get in shape and you’re trying to stay away from junk food and processed foods and fast foods and you see or you drive by these drive-thrus, McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, um you want popcorn at a movie theater or you you want those that cake when you see a piece of cake and it triggers your rewards. circuitry of wanting that like pleas that sweets. And and the key is to be able to look at it and say, « No, that’s I I want it, but I’m not going to get it. » And once you’re at that point, then you know you’ve like mastered the self. And you it’s a it’s the thing is this journey is an forever ongoing journey. If you want to pick celibacy, if you want to try to overcome that like that anim animalistic desire to to release procreate, cuz we live in a world that there’s a lot of triggers. There’s a lot of half naked females. There’s a lot of sex scenes in movies. There’s a lot of um alcohol everywhere if you’re if you’re addicted to that. There’s a lot of there’s a lot of porn everywhere. There’s there’s everything and we can’t we can’t run away from it all like if we are that’s why if we’re presented with a a urge a trigger that creates an urge every time we overcome that urge we get stronger. I get stronger. I feel like I get mentally a little tougher with every no I say to hey I’m not doing it and it’s not easy like I said every journey every day it’s different some days are easier than others but there are days like yesterday I I didn’t know like I tried grasping every bit of tool in my tool belt to overcome it and luckily I did but It’s It’s ongoing. At least for me. I mean, at least for me, I don’t know if you can ever truly completely say no. I’m never getting triggered. I mean, we’re men. We have that sexual desire. And it’s healthy to have that sexual desire. But as a true man, yes, we fail. Failure is a part of the journey, right? We’ve all heard it. I failed a lot. I still feel a lot and I’m slowly getting back into my routines, strength habits. [Music] Um, I did some bicep curls yesterday, some push-ups. I didn’t run yesterday. Um, and I been watching a lot of David, like David Gogggins has some new content out. Um, he was at this like conference with Andy Elliot. Jacked, man. Like they’re jacked. [Music] Um, and they talk about detesting mediocrity and there’s nothing wrong with mediocrity and average, but I just I don’t want it for myself. And being celibate has nothing I know there’s nothing wrong with marrying and finding someone who helps you on the journey of greatness, but just I’ve always had this calling to just I don’t know what when I’m c I’m just I’m finding more of myself. I’m finding more of God. Finding just I’m going within more. It’s it’s a it’s an indescribable feeling. And I’m connecting more with God, connecting more with the universe, connecting more with myself, connecting more with my mind, um my spirit, my soul. So yeah. Um what else can I say? Um I don’t know. Like some days I’m just like I could give it all away. Get give like start over and start a new streak. And I feel like I I’m an all or nothing kind of person. So if I miss a day with something, it tends to trickle into other things. And this streak has been hasn’t been the best streak cuz like I’ve only had no fap as a thing that’s been consistent throughout this whole time. It hasn’t been my strength training. It hasn’t been my cardio. It hasn’t been my meditation, but it has been no fat. The probably the hardest thing. And I know once I’m getting this down, like I’m never fully going to get this down, but now that I somewhat have it down, I can use that um mental discipline that it took to get that this many days to my fitness journey, to my strength training journey, to my just like getting swole journey, cuz I want to be the best that I can be. Like I’m not trying to compete with anyone but myself. Like I know when I’ve given it my all in a day, when I’ve um done what I need to do and that’s the only person I’m competing with. So um and I’m going to be as authentic as I can on this channel. Like if I fail with something, I’m going to say it. If I relapse, I’m going to say it. If I’m slacking with some stuff, I’m going to say it. So, yeah, today, so I ma I mailed some stuff to like this friend of mine who ran the race with me last Saturday. He left some stuff cuz he he was he was struggling. He was going through like early onset rabb or something. So, we left some shoes and like some go bars. Go bars like some sort of protein bar, oat thing and gels. So I packed it all, sent it to him. Um, yeah. I I I seem the reason I gravitate like even before Gogggins, Gogggins, I like I’ve watched these self-improvement people cuz I I see myself. I see my potential. I see what I could be. I see what I could do. Not exactly what those people do, but I see the mindset and I kind of want that mindset. And the reason I want that mindset is because I know I can do it. If someone else has achieved something, then why can’t it be me? Someone else can run 100 miles in under 24 hours, then why can’t it be me? If someone else can have like a high V2 max with like a huge lung capacity and then why can’t it be me? Like why why can’t it be me? If someone else can go um celibate and be able to overcome these lustful desires, then why can’t it be me? If Mike V can go how many years has he gone? That’s incredible, man. I I just I don’t even want to butcher the amount of years, but he’s gone a long time, then hey, why can’t why can’t I go that long as well? Um, so yeah. Or why can’t like Dylan Warner, all the people I’ve met and follow Dylan Warner with his handstands and calisthenics and strength training and flexibility, like why can’t I be that flexible? And all it takes is just putting in the work, being focused. That’s it. So yeah. Um, I’m sl I am still slacking with a lot of stuff like my runs. It’s so hard to get me It’s so hard to get myself out the door to get my miles in. Like I said, from the very beginning before I even started to run, running has never been about the physical endeavor of running. All the miles I’ve run from 100 mileers in the mountains on the trails, flat like flat 100 mileers and 50 mileers, 50k distances. It’s always been like a struggle to get myself out the door. And once I get momentum, it’s it’s easier, but it’s it’s a struggle. It sucks, but I grow mentally. And that that act of running, that non-negotiable of running, it translates to my push-ups. It translates to yoga. It translate every bit. Everything is connected for me. And nofap, yes, that connects. Um, but like I said, this journey could have been a lot better. I if I transmuted that energy like I know I should have transmuted it, I would have been jacked by now. I would have been in insane cardio shape by now. I would have like a gallon a day of water. I have not been doing that. That water is important for health. We’re made up of mostly water. The brain is mostly made up of water. Um so yeah. Um, also need to start sitting in silence just to get used to just being with my thoughts and not being so bored and not being so distracted with distractions, always doing something. So, got to do that at least an hour a day at the minimum to get my mind right before that 10day of the course. Um, hey, but this is the new look. Bald trimmed beard. [Music] Um I had so one of the um one of the um aid station like food that the friend left over that I sent his shoes and stuff. It was a box of cupcakes and like the little mini cupcakes and you know how bad that stuff is. I had two of them. And yeah, like I said, like in the beginning of this video, right, the ability to see those cupcakes and throw them away. Like how how many people can can throw a whole cake away? Usually it’s like, hey, we I’ll start after I finish the cake or um they need to buy new shoes to get started to run. like we need that external stuff to to trigger the action. But I don’t know what I’m talking about, but huge shout out to everybody that um subscribe to me and watches me. And it’s I tell you, man, the next journey after Nofap is done. No fap’s never going to be done, but like documenting it will it’s it’s going to be exciting. It’s going to be exciting watching my body develop with the miles, with the strength, with the weight gain, and the flexibility. I’m going to document it all. I’m going to try cuz I’ve never been the best with documenting stuff. It’s not It’s going to be less of me just talking in front of the camera and just more of action. Like, what what do I do each day? Just documenting it. Bam, bam, bam. Here’s day one, day two, day three, day four. Miles, push-ups. yoga yoga class. Um, sat on an ice bath. I don’t know. Like, we we’ll see. It’s It’s exciting. But I think we have Yeah, I think as um Heidi posted um what word am I trying to come up with? As Heidi um said, I I think I’m going to finish this journey when I’m in Vapasa. So, I’ll do a 365 day journey afterwards. My goal is in the mountains just to like conclude it all. But got to got to get that obsessed mindset. I want that obsessed mindset. I want that like I don’t want to be average because I’ve been average, right? Like I I can run a good amount of miles. I’m semidecent in shape. I’m I’m average, right? I can I know like I’m I’m not great at anything, but I’m not bad at anything. I want to be great. I want to just squeeze as much as I can from my soul and from this life. And I want I want the suffering. I want to embrace the suffering. I want to embrace everything that this life has to throw at me. The challenges like, « Hey, bring it on. » Like, I’ve the harder the better. Like, I want that mindset. Anyways, 15 minutes. I think that I think that’s all I got. Um, but yeah. Um, monk mode. What is it? May 1st. Anyways, tomorrow’s NFP um non-farm payroll. I’m looking forward to that. Seeing how it moves the markets. Um I should stop rambling. See you tomorrow. .

0.719 Let&;s go. Another day. I&;m sorry for not
0.719 posting yesterday and the day before.
0.719 No, I think I posted the day before.
0.719 Um, yeah, we&;re still going. Urges. So,
0.719 because I didn&;t post because of that
0.719 lack of
0.719 accountability, I got close to
0.719 relapsing. I got close
0.719 to searching that stuff, just, you know,
0.719 relapsing.
0.719 And there&;s temptations everywhere. And
0.719 this
0.719 journey isn&;t necessarily about getting
0.719 rid of all the triggers. All the
0.719 temptations. We&;re always going to have
0.719 temptations. There&;s always going to be
0.719 triggers. There&;s always going to be
0.719 something in a movie or something you
0.719 see just like as an advertisement or
0.719 like there. It&;s like the the journey
0.719 isn&;t about getting rid of distractions.
0.719 The journey, I think, is about getting
0.719 to the point where you can see the
0.719 trigger and not act on it. It&;s it&;s
0.719 like say say you&;re trying to get in
0.719 shape and you&;re trying to stay away
0.719 from junk food and processed foods and
0.719 fast foods
0.719 and you see or you drive by these
0.719 drive-thrus, McDonald&;s, Chick-fil-A,
0.719 um you want popcorn at a movie theater
0.719 or you you want those that cake when you
0.719 see a piece of cake and it triggers your
0.719 rewards. circuitry of wanting that like
0.719 pleas that sweets. And and the key is to
0.719 be able to look at it and say, "No,
0.719 that&;s I I want it, but I&;m not going to
0.719 get it." And once you&;re at that point,
0.719 then you know you&;ve like mastered the
0.719 self. And you it&;s a it&;s the thing is
0.719 this journey is an forever ongoing
0.719 journey. If you want to pick celibacy,
0.719 if you want to try to overcome that like
0.719 that anim animalistic desire to to
0.719 release
0.719 procreate, cuz we live in a world that
0.719 there&;s a lot of triggers. There&;s a lot
0.719 of half naked females. There&;s a lot of
0.719 sex scenes in movies. There&;s a lot of
0.719 um alcohol everywhere if you&;re if
0.719 you&;re addicted to that. There&;s a lot
0.719 of there&;s a lot of porn everywhere.
0.719 There&;s there&;s everything
0.719 and we can&;t we can&;t run away from it
0.719 all like if we
0.719 are that&;s why if
0.719 we&;re presented with a a urge a trigger
0.719 that creates an
0.719 urge every time we overcome that urge we
0.719 get stronger. I get stronger. I feel
0.719 like I get mentally a little tougher
0.719 with
0.719 every no I say to hey I&;m not doing it
0.719 and it&;s not easy like I said every
0.719 journey every day it&;s different some
0.719 days are easier than others but there
0.719 are days like yesterday I I didn&;t know
0.719 like I tried grasping every bit of tool
0.719 in my tool belt to overcome
0.719 it and luckily I did
0.719 but
0.719 It&;s It&;s ongoing. At least for me. I
0.719 mean, at least for me, I don&;t know if
0.719 you can ever
0.719 truly completely say no. I&;m never
0.719 getting triggered. I mean, we&;re men. We
0.719 have that sexual
0.719 desire. And it&;s healthy to have that
0.719 sexual desire. But as a true
0.719 man, yes, we fail. Failure is a part of
0.719 the journey, right? We&;ve all heard it.
0.719 I failed a lot. I still feel a lot and
0.719 I&;m slowly getting back into my
0.719 routines, strength habits.
0.719 [Music]
0.719 Um, I did some bicep curls yesterday,
0.719 some push-ups. I didn&;t run yesterday.
0.719 Um, and I been watching a lot of David,
0.719 like David Gogggins has some new content
0.719 out. Um, he was at this like conference
0.719 with Andy Elliot. Jacked, man. Like
0.719 they&;re jacked.
0.719 [Music]
0.719 Um, and they talk about detesting
0.719 mediocrity and there&;s nothing wrong
0.719 with mediocrity and average,
0.719 but I just I don&;t want it for myself.
0.719 And being celibate has nothing I know
0.719 there&;s nothing wrong with marrying and
0.719 finding someone who helps you on the
0.719 journey of
0.719 greatness, but just I&;ve always had this
0.719 calling to just I don&;t know what when
0.719 I&;m c I&;m just I&;m finding more of
0.719 myself. I&;m finding more
0.719 of God. Finding just I&;m going within
0.719 more. It&;s it&;s a it&;s an indescribable
0.719 feeling. And I&;m connecting more
0.719 with God, connecting more with the
0.719 universe, connecting more with myself,
0.719 connecting more with my mind,
0.719 um my spirit, my
0.719 soul.
0.719 So yeah.
0.719 Um what else can I say?
0.719 Um I don&;t know. Like some days I&;m just
0.719 like I could give it all away. Get give
0.719 like start over
0.719 and start a new streak.
0.719 And I feel
0.719 like I I&;m an all or nothing kind of
0.719 person. So if I miss a day with
0.719 something, it tends to trickle into
0.719 other things.
0.719 And this streak has been hasn&;t been the
0.719 best streak cuz like I&;ve only had no
0.719 fap as a thing that&;s been consistent
0.719 throughout this whole time. It hasn&;t
0.719 been my strength training. It hasn&;t
0.719 been my cardio. It hasn&;t been my
0.719 meditation, but it has
0.719 been no fat. The probably the hardest
0.719 thing. And I
0.719 know once I&;m getting this down, like
0.719 I&;m never fully going to get this down,
0.719 but now that I somewhat have it down, I
0.719 can use that um mental discipline that
0.719 it took to get that this many days to my
0.719 fitness journey, to my strength training
0.719 journey, to my just like getting swole
0.719 journey, cuz I want to be the best that
0.719 I can be. Like I&;m not trying to compete
0.719 with anyone but myself. Like I know when
0.719 I&;ve given it my all in a day, when I&;ve
0.719 um done what I need to do
0.719 and that&;s the only person I&;m competing
0.719 with. So
0.719 um and I&;m going to be as authentic as I
0.719 can on this channel. Like if I fail with
0.719 something, I&;m going to say it. If
0.719 I relapse, I&;m going to say it. If
0.719 I&;m slacking with some stuff, I&;m going
0.719 to say it. So, yeah, today, so I ma I
0.719 mailed some stuff to like this friend of
0.719 mine who ran the race with me last
0.719 Saturday. He left some stuff cuz he he
0.719 was he was struggling. He was going
0.719 through like early onset rabb or
0.719 something. So, we left some shoes and
0.719 like some go bars. Go bars like some
0.719 sort of protein bar, oat thing and gels.
0.719 So I packed it all, sent it to him.
0.719 Um, yeah.
0.719 I I I seem the reason
0.719 I gravitate like even before Gogggins,
0.719 Gogggins, I like I&;ve watched these
0.719 self-improvement people cuz I I see
0.719 myself. I see my potential. I see what I
0.719 could be. I see what I could do.
0.719 Not exactly what those people do, but I
0.719 see the mindset and I kind of want that
0.719 mindset. And the reason I want that
0.719 mindset is because I know I can do it.
0.719 If someone else has achieved
0.719 something, then why can&;t it be me?
0.719 Someone else can run 100 miles in under
0.719 24 hours, then why can&;t it be me? If
0.719 someone else can have like a high V2 max
0.719 with like a huge lung capacity and then
0.719 why can&;t it be me? Like why why can&;t
0.719 it be me? If someone else can go um
0.719 celibate and be able to overcome these
0.719 lustful desires, then why can&;t it be
0.719 me? If Mike V can go how many years has
0.719 he gone? That&;s
0.719 incredible, man. I I just I don&;t even
0.719 want to butcher the amount of years, but
0.719 he&;s gone a long time, then hey, why
0.719 can&;t why can&;t I go that long as well?
0.719 Um, so yeah. Or why can&;t like Dylan
0.719 Warner, all the people I&;ve met and
0.719 follow Dylan Warner with his handstands
0.719 and calisthenics and strength training
0.719 and flexibility, like why can&;t I be
0.719 that flexible? And all it takes is just
0.719 putting in the work, being
0.719 focused. That&;s it.
0.719 So
0.719 yeah.
0.719 Um, I&;m sl I am still slacking with a
0.719 lot of stuff
0.719 like my runs. It&;s so hard to get me
0.719 It&;s so hard to get myself out the door
0.719 to get my miles in. Like I said, from
0.719 the very beginning before I even started
0.719 to run, running has never been about the
0.719 physical endeavor of running. All the
0.719 miles I&;ve run from 100
0.719 mileers in the mountains on the trails,
0.719 flat like flat 100 mileers and 50
0.719 mileers, 50k
0.719 distances. It&;s always been like a
0.719 struggle to get myself out the door. And
0.719 once I get momentum, it&;s it&;s easier,
0.719 but it&;s it&;s a struggle. It sucks, but
0.719 I grow mentally. And that that act of
0.719 running, that non-negotiable of running,
0.719 it translates to my push-ups. It
0.719 translates to yoga. It translate every
0.719 bit. Everything is connected for me.
0.719 And nofap, yes, that connects. Um, but
0.719 like I said, this journey could have
0.719 been a lot better. I if I
0.719 transmuted that energy like I know I
0.719 should have transmuted it, I would have
0.719 been jacked by now. I would have
0.719 been in insane cardio shape by now. I
0.719 would have like a gallon a day of water.
0.719 I have not been doing that. That water
0.719 is
0.719 important for health. We&;re made up of
0.719 mostly water. The brain is mostly made
0.719 up of water.
0.719 Um so yeah.
0.719 Um, also need to start sitting in
0.719 silence just to get used to just being
0.719 with my thoughts and not being so bored
0.719 and not being so distracted with
0.719 distractions, always doing something.
0.719 So, got to do that at least an hour a
0.719 day at the minimum to get my mind right
0.719 before that 10day of the course. Um,
0.719 hey, but this is the new look. Bald
0.719 trimmed beard.
0.719 [Music]
0.719 Um I had so one of the
0.719 um one of the um aid station like food
0.719 that the friend left over that I sent
0.719 his shoes and stuff. It was a box of
0.719 cupcakes and like the little mini
0.719 cupcakes and you know how bad that stuff
0.719 is. I had two of
0.719 them.
0.719 And yeah, like I said, like in the
0.719 beginning of this video, right, the
0.719 ability to see those cupcakes and throw
0.719 them away. Like how how many people can
0.719 can throw a whole cake away? Usually
0.719 it&;s like, hey, we I&;ll start after I
0.719 finish the cake or
0.719 um they need to buy new shoes to get
0.719 started to run. like we need that
0.719 external stuff
0.719 to to trigger the action.
0.719 But I don&;t know what I&;m talking about,
0.719 but huge shout out to everybody that um
0.719 subscribe to me and watches me. And
0.719 it&;s I tell you, man, the next journey
0.719 after Nofap is done. No fap&;s never
0.719 going to be done, but like documenting
0.719 it
0.719 will it&;s it&;s going to be exciting.
0.719 It&;s going to be exciting watching my
0.719 body develop with the miles, with the
0.719 strength, with the weight gain, and the
0.719 flexibility. I&;m going to document it
0.719 all. I&;m going to try cuz I&;ve never
0.719 been the best with documenting stuff.
0.719 It&;s not It&;s going to be less of me
0.719 just talking in front of the camera and
0.719 just more of action. Like, what what do
0.719 I do each day? Just documenting it. Bam,
0.719 bam, bam. Here&;s day one, day two, day
0.719 three, day four. Miles, push-ups.
0.719 yoga yoga class.
0.719 Um, sat on an ice bath. I don&;t know.
0.719 Like, we we&;ll see. It&;s It&;s exciting.
0.719 But I think we have Yeah, I think as
0.719 um Heidi posted
0.719 um what word am I trying to come up
0.719 with? As Heidi um
0.719 said, I I think I&;m going to finish this
0.719 journey when I&;m in Vapasa. So, I&;ll do
0.719 a 365 day journey afterwards. My goal is
0.719 in the mountains just to
0.719 like conclude it all.
0.719 But got to got to get that obsessed
0.719 mindset. I want that obsessed mindset. I
0.719 want
0.719 that like I don&;t want to be average
0.719 because I&;ve been average, right? Like I
0.719 I can run a good amount of miles. I&;m
0.719 semidecent in shape. I&;m I&;m average,
0.719 right? I can I know like I&;m I&;m not
0.719 great at anything, but I&;m not bad at
0.719 anything. I want to be great. I want to
0.719 just squeeze as much as I can from my
0.719 soul and from this
0.719 life.
0.719 And I want I want the suffering. I want
0.719 to embrace the suffering. I want to
0.719 embrace everything that this life has to
0.719 throw at me. The challenges like, "Hey,
0.719 bring it on." Like, I&;ve the harder the
0.719 better. Like, I want that mindset.
0.719 Anyways, 15
0.719 minutes. I think that I think that&;s all
0.719 I got.
0.719 Um, but yeah. Um, monk
0.719 mode. What is it? May 1st. Anyways,
0.719 tomorrow&;s NFP um non-farm payroll. I&;m
0.719 looking forward to that. Seeing how it
0.719 moves the markets.
0.719 Um I should stop rambling. See you
0.719 tomorrow.
